He has been maintaining account and preparing Financial Statements, Coordinating and dealing with Auditors, Financial concurrence of different proposals including investment approvals, Maintaining Cost Data and Filing Tariff Petitions, Billing and Collection of Revenue, Budgeting, Treasury Management and Taxation.
Ms. Divya Sorayan is a qualified Company Secretary and Law Graduate having experience of more than 8 years. She is responsible for the efficient administration of a company, particularly with regard to ensuring Compliance with statutory laws and regulations and for ensuring corporate governance, effective operations, compliance and administration.
